At SS Tour & Travels, we strive to provide our customers with the best travel experience. However, we understand that sometimes plans change, and you may need to request a refund or modification to your booking. Please review our refund and return policy below.

1. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Flight Bookings:

    • Cancellations made within 24 hours of booking (provided departure is more than 7 days away) are eligible for a full refund, subject to airline policies.

    • Refunds for cancellations made beyond 24 hours are subject to airline rules and applicable cancellation fees.

    • No refunds for no-show passengers.

  • Hotel Bookings:

    • Refunds depend on the hotel’s cancellation policy.

    • Non-refundable bookings will not be eligible for a refund.

    • Partial or full refunds for refundable bookings will be processed as per the hotel’s terms and conditions.

  • Tour Packages:

    • Cancellations made 30 days before the travel date: Eligible for a full refund minus administrative charges.

    • Cancellations made 15-29 days before the travel date: 50% refund of the package amount.

    • Cancellations made within 14 days of travel: No refund.

  • Vehicle Rentals & Transfers:

    • Cancellations made 48 hours before pickup: Full refund.

    • Cancellations within 24-48 hours: 50% refund.

    • Cancellations within 24 hours: No refund.

2. Modification Policy

  • Modifications to flight, hotel, or tour bookings are subject to availability and supplier policies.

  • Additional charges may apply for changes.

  • Date changes for tour packages must be requested at least 10 days in advance and are subject to availability.

3. Refund Processing Time

  • Refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days after confirmation of eligibility.

  • The amount will be refunded via the original payment method.

  • Any service charges, transaction fees, or third-party deductions are non-refundable.

4. Force Majeure Policy

  • In cases of natural disasters, political unrest, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, refunds will be processed based on supplier policies.

  • SS Tour & Travels is not responsible for additional costs incurred due to such events.
